About the event
Anxiety and Depression General Support Group Virtual support group for adults who experience anxiety and/or depression. Free/by donation and run by a counseling intern. Every other Saturday at 1 pm MST, starting March 9th, 2024. Open, drop in style group, but will limit to 10-12 members.
