Our Story
Professionals Here To Support You
I'm Niyera (they/them) and I decided to open this virtual therapy service in order to help meet clients where they are and eliminate the barriers to in-person therapy. Since 2020, we have expanded into a group practice with therapists from all different backgrounds, located in all parts of the country. Our mission is to provide quality care to everyone who needs support, but especially to those in the LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities.

Services
Personalized Services To Meet Your Needs
Free consultations
We offer free 15-20 minute consultations to give you information on what to expect and see if we would be a good fit. This is the time to ask any questions you may have as well. I'm happy to offer resources to those that may feel my style is not a good fit for them.
Individual Therapy
If you’re looking for quality Individual Therapy sessions with a certified Mental Health Service Provider that cares, then you’ve come to the right place. We guide our clients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters. Schedule an appointment today and see what we can do for you.
Support Groups
I offer various support groups to help more folks connect and find support. Some groups that I actively run are a LGBTQ+ support group, Trans/Nonbinary support group, and Trauma Survivor support group. Our interns run an anxiety and depression group as well as a therapy book club. Contact us for more information!
Letter for Medical Transition
Needing a mental health professional to write a letter for medical transitioning? We offer support and collaboration with local doctors to help trans individuals access HRT, surgeries, and other medical care. We would meet and once there is a confirmed diagnosis of Gender Dysphoria we can write a letter of support to proceed with transitioning. Reach out to us to learn about the process.
Couple's Therapy
We are a poly-friendly, kink-friendly, and LGBTQIA+ affirming practice. Whether you are struggling with communication skills, wanting to open your relationship and do ethical non-monogamy, or wanting to explore your sexuality and kinks we are here to help support you in that path.
Minor/Family Therapy
We work with kids old enough to use telehealth platforms which is usually ages 14+. We offer individual counseling to the adolescent client while keeping parents updated on the process, any safety issues we may have, and making sure the adolescent is meeting goals.

Asa Gelburd, MA, LMHC (they/them)
Waitlist for new clients.
I love working with the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled and neurodivergent folks, as well as other marginalized identities. I personally believe that you are the expert of your own lived experiences and it would be an honor to work with you while offering you a safe space to work on your desired goals and well being.
I use an integrative approach to counseling depending on the client’s individual needs. I use a wide range of modalities including a client-centered approach, attachment therapy, and an intersectional feminist lens. I offer an empathetic space for clients to be seen and heard while providing guidance towards exploration, understanding and growth.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and grow. I also believe that healing isn't linear and that sometimes we need to be seen and heard in order to allow parts of ourselves to heal. Taking time to invest in yourself and your wellbeing can be a radical act.

TJ Dudley, MA, LMHC (TJ/he/him)
Accepting New Clients
One of my divine missions in life is to use my learned and lived experiences to help others discover their authentic selves, and build their confidence in who they are, while uprooting any negative core beliefs planted by others. Throughout my childhood and early adulthood, I struggled with being my authentic self. I walked through life trying to please others, trying to fit into societal norms, and trying to shrink myself to make others comfortable around me. By doing all these things, along with experiencing trauma, my inner being suffered in silence. Through my own personal healing journey, I now believe that being your true authentic self is one of the best ways to honor yourself and the Universe. Additionally, I also learned that my thoughts, my feelings, and my voice matter, and so do yours.
I aspire to help others through their healing journey by creating a safe space for them to process past traumas, connecting behavior and thought patterns that are impeding on their healing process, offering different perspectives to help them gain valuable insights, and providing them with helpful tools for coping during triggering and stressful situations. I am a strong advocate for the underdogs of society and the black sheep of families, as well as anyone who has ever felt inadequate or not good enough. And I strive to promote mental wellness, normalize mental health, and be a positive beacon of light and hope in the world.

Tanya Marthaller-Duran, MA, LMHC (she/her)
Accepting gender assessments and short-term clients (6-8 sessions)
I’m Tanya (she/her) I am a therapist who is honored to walk beside you on your journey of healing and becoming your authentic self. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and being a supportive ally for the individuals I serve. Everyone needs a cheerleader! I have experience working with transgender/gender non-conforming youth and their families. I understand what it means to walk alongside a family member as they journey through transition and the difference it makes when they have the support and love of others. I also understand conflicts can happen in families when values and beliefs no longer align. I have experience working with parents and teaching nurturing parenting skills and helping parents learn to energize the positive in their children.
I utilize many different approaches to therapy that include TF-CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I offer a non-judgmental, open and safe space for you to explore, learn and grow and discover who you are and experience healing within.
I believe we are all different and have unique experiences, beliefs, values, and morals; because of this we can learn from each other and see the world through another’s eyes. I believe these differences are a path to healing if we would all just stop and listen with an open mind and an open heart.
I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey.

My name is Megan (she/her) and I am the practice manager for You, Me, and Therapy LLC.
I live a free-spirited, on-the-road lifestyle with my partner Ian and our beloved dog Hugo. We travel all over the country participating in art shows but currently we’re located in Florida, immersing ourselves in the art community and enjoying the sunshine. In my spare time I love hiking, paddleboarding, lampworking, live music, yoga, and cooking.
One of the true pleasures in my life is meeting and connecting with individuals of all different backgrounds and walks of life, and I truly value unique and different perspectives.
