Anxiety and Depression General Support Group 
Virtual support group for adults who experience anxiety and/or depression. Free/by donation and run by a counseling intern. Every other Saturday at 1 pm MST, starting March 9th, 2024. Open, drop in style group, but will limit to 10-12 members.

Queer and Trans Support Group 
Virtual support group starting March 7th, 2024 on Thursdays at 4pm MST. Free/donations and run by counseling intern. Open to NM and NC residents. Open, drop in style group, but will limit to 10-12 members.

Dungeons and Dragons Therapeutic Support Group

Therapeutic role playing D&D group that uses the ACT Hexaflex model to explore the different ACT skills in a social setting. Starts March 21st, 5-6:30 PM MST, in-person in ABQ,  5-6 members welcome. $50/session for 8 weeks. Payment is preferred up front for commitment. Reduced rates available for those in financial hardships.
